If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it in a fully saleable condition within 7 DAYS of the receipt date with proof of purchase for an exchange or credit note. No return on SALE items. In the event that the goods are faulty or damaged a refund will be issued to your original payment method. This does not affect your statutory rights!
Return postage or shipping costs made by the client are not included in any refund.
For most items, we ship via standard Royal Mail using this pricelist.
For antiques and larger pieces; including mirrors, a FREE DELIVERY SERVICE is provided to our customers that live within a TEN MILE RADIUS of Stow-on-the-Wold GL54 1AF.
For all other antiques and larger pieces; including mirrors, a courier will be used. The price of delivery will be based on the item in question and the distance to the customers home from Stow-on-the-Wold GL54 1AF.
Delivery will be made on a date and at a time convenient to the customer.
